How long does it take to ship products?

• Book orders will be shipped to the customers within 5-7 business days with a flat shipping rate of $5.00.

• Shirts are made to order and processed within 7-10 days. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. The cost of shipping is based on the package weight, dimensions, mail service, and shipping addresses. Upon ordering, USPS will provide shipping rates in real time. If experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

How do I care for clothing?

Clothing items are Gildan Brand shirts, 100% cotton, unisex fit, and true to size. 

Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors, remove immediately. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry medium, cool iron if needed (do not iron if decorated). Do not dry clean.

 

What happens if a product is damaged or lost after shipping?

Living Through the Pain is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
